4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Items: Limayal takes care to package your products securely. In the rare case of damaged or lost items during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
